Summary
This study compares two doses of a bone-growth protein (rhBMP-2) against a placebo to see if a lower dose can improve dental implant stability while reducing side effects. Sixty adults needing a single implant in the lower jaw will be randomly assigned to receive a standard dose, a micro-dose, or a saline placebo during implant placement.
