Summary

This study is testing an investigational drug called mibavademab in people with generalized lipodystrophy, a rare disorder where the body cannot store fat properly. The main goals are to see if the drug can improve high blood sugar and high fat levels in the blood, reduce fat in the liver, and is safe for both adults and children. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the study drug or a placebo to compare the effects.
