Summary

This study tested special exercises to help people regain muscle strength and protect knee health after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. 135 participants who had ACL surgery took part. The goal was to see if targeted rehab could improve knee function and possibly prevent future knee arthritis.
