Could a Toothpaste-Like gel make dentures more comfortable?

Summary
This study is testing if applying a product called MI Paste under an upper denture for two weeks can make the denture feel more comfortable and secure, and if it changes the types of bacteria and fungus in the mouth. Researchers at the University of Iowa are enrolling 50 people aged 65 and older who wear a removable upper denture. Participants will apply the paste and have their mouth swabbed several times to check for changes.
