Summary

This study is testing a mobile health toolkit (mWEL) designed to prevent depression and anxiety in teachers and caregivers in Uganda. About 1,180 participants will use the app as a self-help tool, with optional support from community health workers. The goal is to improve mental health knowledge and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
