Summary
This study is testing a new mobile phone toolkit designed to prevent depression and anxiety in teachers and parents in Uganda. About 1,180 participants will use the app, with some getting extra support from trained community health workers. The goal is to see if this digital tool improves mental health knowledge and reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety.
