Summary

This study tests a clinic-supported mobile health program called Connections for up to 806 HIV patients who also have substance use disorders. Participants get support from their care team and peer mentors for one year to help them stay virally suppressed and attend appointments. The goal is to see if the program improves viral suppression and is cost-effective.
