Summary
This study adapts mobile health tools to help 164 young adults (ages 18-24) in Zambia who are living with HIV and struggling with medication adherence and alcohol use. Participants will use a smartphone app and receive motivational text messages to support self-management. The goal is to see if these tools are acceptable and feasible for improving HIV control and reducing substance use.
