Summary
This study tested a smartphone app designed to help people with obesity better manage their weight and health. 36 adults with a BMI between 30 and 40 used the app for 16 weeks to track their weight and follow self-care tips. The goal was to see if the app could improve weight loss compared to standard care alone.
