First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called MH002, which contains live bacteria to help repair the gut in people with mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis. About 204 adults whose current medication isn't working well enough will receive either MH002 or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if MH002 can reduce gut inflammation and improve symptoms safely.
