Summary
This study tests a mobile health program called mGlide-Care that helps caregivers support people with mild memory issues (like early Alzheimer's) in managing high blood pressure. About 75 participants will either use the program or get usual care. The goal is to see if this team approach improves blood pressure control and reduces risks for stroke, heart disease, and dementia.
