Summary

This study tests a drug called MGC018 in people with a type of advanced lung cancer (small-cell) that has returned or not responded to treatment. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors in at least 25% of participants. Nine adults will receive the drug through an IV every 28 days, with regular scans and blood tests to track results and safety.
