Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called MGC018 in 9 adults with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer that has returned or not responded to treatment. Participants receive the drug by IV every 28 days. The main goal is to see if the drug shrinks tumors in at least 25% of patients. Researchers also monitor side effects and take blood samples to understand how the drug works.
