Summary

This study tests a drug called mezagitamab in people who have had a kidney transplant and are experiencing a type of rejection called antibody-mediated rejection (AMR). AMR happens when the body's immune system attacks the donor kidney, which can lead to kidney failure. The study will compare two different doses of mezagitamab to a placebo to see if the drug is safe and helps control inflammation and keep the kidney working well. About 36 adults will take part.
