First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether two chemotherapy drugs, cyclophosphamide and etoposide, can control advanced head and neck cancer in adults who have already tried standard chemo. About 120 participants will receive either the drug combo or a placebo for up to 6 months. Researchers will check tumor size and symptoms to see if the treatment helps slow the disease.
