Summary
This study tested whether methylone, given as weekly treatments, can safely reduce PTSD symptoms in adults. Researchers enrolled 62 people with severe PTSD who had tried at least one previous treatment. They measured changes in PTSD symptoms, depression, and daily functioning over several weeks of treatment and follow-up.
