Summary

This study tested a drug called methylone in 62 adults with severe PTSD. Participants received the drug once a week for 3 to 4 weeks, then were followed for up to 8 weeks. The goal was to see if methylone safely reduces PTSD symptoms like flashbacks and anxiety. The trial is now complete, and results will show how well it worked.
