Summary

This study tests whether injecting a dye called methylene blue directly into tumors can make radiation more effective for people whose head and neck cancer has returned and is resistant to standard treatment. Ten participants will receive weekly tumor injections along with radiation for six weeks. The main goals are to see if the combination is safe and if it improves outcomes.
