Summary
This study compares two oral medications, methotrexate and tofacitinib, to see which works better for chronic plaque psoriasis. About 75 adults with moderate-to-severe psoriasis will take one of the drugs for 12 weeks. The main goal is to measure how many people achieve at least a 75% reduction in their psoriasis severity score.
