Summary

This study is observing 50 patients with moderate to severe hand eczema who are starting treatment with methotrexate, a medication that affects the immune system. Researchers will track how well the drug controls eczema symptoms, how long patients stay on it, and what side effects they experience. The goal is to better understand who benefits from this treatment and how it impacts daily life.
