NCT ID NCT07196449
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests how two drugs, rifampicin and cyclosporine, change the way methotrexate is processed in the body. Twelve healthy adult men will take methotrexate with either rifampicin or cyclosporine, and blood samples will measure drug levels. The goal is to identify potential interactions that could affect methotrexate's safety and effectiveness.
