Summary

This study aims to understand how methamphetamine use affects heart health, especially in people who also experience psychosis. Researchers will compare heart electrical activity (ECG) in 240 people being treated for methamphetamine addiction, some with and some without psychosis. The goal is to see if having psychosis alongside addiction is linked to a higher risk of heart problems.
