Summary

This study looks at whether metformin, a drug used for diabetes, changes how well healthy young adults can exercise. Fourteen people aged 18-30 will take metformin or a placebo and do bike tests to measure their endurance and blood lactate levels. The goal is to see if metformin reduces exercise capacity.
