Summary

This study looks at whether metformin, a drug used to lower blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes, changes how well healthy young adults can exercise. Twenty people aged 18-30 will take metformin or a placebo and do several bike tests. The goal is to see if metformin reduces exercise capacity, like how long they can bike before getting tired.
