New hope for advanced colon cancer: experimental combo enters phase 2

Summary
This study tests a new investigational drug called telisotuzumab adizutecan combined with standard chemotherapy and targeted therapies for people with metastatic colorectal cancer (cancer that has spread). About 390 adults will receive either the new drug at different doses or standard treatment alone. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors and is safe. Participants will have regular hospital visits, blood tests, and scans over about 6 years.
