Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs (irinotecan liposome, capecitabine, bevacizumab, and camrelizumab) in 68 adults with metastatic colorectal cancer that has worsened after first-line therapy. The goal is to see if this mix can slow cancer growth or shrink tumors. Participants will receive the drugs until the disease progresses or side effects become too severe. This is not a cure; it aims to control the disease.
