Summary
This study tests a 10-session group therapy for teens aged 15-18 with autism and anxiety or depression. It aims to see if the therapy is practical, acceptable, and helpful for reducing symptoms and improving quality of life. About 36 participants will take part in the treatment and complete questionnaires.
