Summary

This study looks at how energy use in cancer and immune cells changes the bone marrow environment and affects treatment success in blood cancers. Researchers will collect samples from 350 adults with certain blood cancers and healthy donors to measure metabolites, lipids, and gene activity. The goal is to understand why some cancers resist treatment, not to test a new therapy.
