Summary
This study tests whether combining intermittent fasting, calorie restriction, and increased physical activity can improve key health markers in adults with metabolic syndrome. Researchers in Riyadh will enroll 140 participants to measure changes in blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, and weight.
