New clinic aims to tackle weight gain in mental health patients

Summary
This study tests a special clinic designed to help people with severe mental illness (like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder) lose weight and improve their metabolic health. About 84 participants will either receive care at this clinic or standard care for 12 months. The main goal is to see if more people in the clinic group lose at least 5% of their starting body weight.
