Summary

This study tests a new medicine called MET233, given as a weekly injection, to see if it is safe and helps with weight loss. It includes 120 adults who are overweight or have obesity but are otherwise healthy. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo for up to 12 weeks, and researchers monitor side effects, how the drug moves in the body, and weight changes.
