Summary
This study tests a new drug called MET233, given as a weekly injection, to see if it is safe and how it works in adults who are overweight or have obesity but are otherwise healthy. About 120 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for up to 12 weeks. The main goal is to check for side effects and measure weight changes.
