First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a targeted drug (anetumab ravtansine) to an immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) works better than the immunotherapy alone for people with a specific type of mesothelioma. The targeted drug delivers chemotherapy directly to cancer cells that have a certain marker. The trial involves 49 participants and is in early phases to check safety and effectiveness.
