Summary

This study looked back at medical records of 204 French patients with advanced mesothelioma who couldn't have surgery. Researchers wanted to see how well a two-drug immunotherapy combination worked in real-world settings after it showed promise in earlier trials. They tracked how long patients lived without their cancer getting worse and monitored side effects to confirm the treatment's benefits outside controlled research conditions.
