Summary
This study aims to find a reliable blood test to diagnose mesenteric ischemia, a dangerous condition where blood flow to the intestines is blocked. Researchers will test several substances in the blood of 120 adults suspected of having this condition to see which ones best signal the problem. The goal is to create a faster, more accurate diagnostic tool to help doctors treat patients before the condition becomes fatal.
