Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how a new antibiotic combination reaches different parts of the lungs in healthy adults. Researchers will measure drug levels in blood, lung fluid, and immune cells after intravenous administration. The study involves 16 healthy Chinese participants aged 18-45 who will undergo bronchoalveolar lavage (lung washing) procedures to collect samples.
