Summary

This study tests a virtual program that teaches mindfulness, exercise, and healthy eating to adults who had a traumatic brain injury at least a year ago. The goal is to see if it helps with emotional well-being, physical health, and nutrition. About 138 participants will be randomly assigned to start the program right away or after a delay.
