Mind over mobility: can imagining walking help MS patients walk better?
NCT ID NCT07137624
Summary
This study is testing whether a mental practice technique can help improve walking for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Twenty participants will either watch walking videos while imagining themselves walking, or watch nature scenes as a comparison. Researchers will measure muscle activity and walking patterns to see if this mental exercise provides any physical benefit to mobility.
