NCT ID NCT07327190

First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at whether imagining exercises or watching exercise videos can help people feel less pain, move better, and be less afraid of moving after knee replacement surgery. About 36 adults who have had a knee replaced will be split into three groups: standard physical therapy, standard therapy plus guided imagery, or standard therapy plus watching exercise videos. The goal is to see if adding these mental techniques to usual rehab leads to better recovery.
