Summary
This study is testing whether a mental training technique called 'motor imagery' can help people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers want to see if imagining movements in your mind can reduce fear of falling and improve walking and balance. They are recruiting 50 adults with Parkinson's to compare the effects of this mental practice.
