Mind over movement: can imagining tasks help Parkinson's patients?

Summary
This study is testing if a technique called mental imagery can provide immediate help for hand and arm skills in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will have 30 participants with Parkinson's imagine performing specific hand tasks and then measure their actual physical performance. The goal is to see if this mental practice can be a simple, self-directed tool to improve daily activities like writing or handling utensils.
