Summary
This study tests a new approach to help clinics in Mozambique better manage mental health care. Researchers want to see if a step-by-step improvement plan can help more patients get diagnosed, stay in treatment, and feel better. About 155 patients will take part, and the study focuses on making sure people return for follow-up visits and show real improvement in their daily functioning.
