Summary
This study is testing a therapy program adapted for first responders who have both a history of traumatic brain injury and PTSD. It will involve 80 participants from Minnesota to see if the program is practical and acceptable, and if it helps reduce PTSD, anxiety, and depression symptoms. The goal is to ease psychological distress and improve mental health in this high-risk group.
