Summary

This study aims to help Latino individuals learn about and connect to mental health services before a crisis. Participants will attend six educational sessions led by trained community health workers (Promotores de Salud). The goal is to improve mental health knowledge, reduce stigma, and increase help-seeking. The study is open to English- or Spanish-speaking adults who identify as Hispanic/Latino and live in specific San Jose zip codes.
