NCT ID NCT07188467
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This pilot study tests a digitized version of Self-Help Plus, a stress management program from the World Health Organization, for international students at a U.S. university. About 50 students will attend a two-day workshop with videos and group discussions, then complete surveys on stress, mood, and loneliness. The goal is to see if the program reduces stress and improves well-being.

What this could lead to
If it works, this could provide a scalable, low-cost way to improve mental health and adjustment for international students.
