First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tested an online platform where caregivers could create digital paintings, share them with peers, and check their emotions. Over 700 caregivers in Hong Kong used the system for 8 weeks. The goal was to see if it helped them feel less depressed, anxious, or stressed and made them more willing to seek professional help. The results will show whether this kind of tech-based support works.
