This study looks at a new way to help children in the child welfare system get the mental health services they need. Researchers are testing a tool called After Action Review (AAR) to improve team meetings and make sure families have a real say in planning. About 320 participants, including caseworkers and family members, will take part to see if this approach leads to better follow-through and care.
