Summary
This study followed 252 French-speaking teens from age 17 for two years to see which factors protect or increase risk for mental health problems. Researchers measured mental health, quality of life, and family functioning at the start and after two years. No treatment was given—this was an observation-only study to better understand what influences mental health in young people.
