Summary

This study develops and tests a support program for cancer survivors who worry about their cancer returning. 150 adults who finished treatment for breast, head and neck, colon-rectal, or prostate cancer will join. Depending on their level of fear, they will receive education, psychological training, or lifestyle guidance to help reduce anxiety and improve quality of life.
