Summary
This study is testing a new program called 'Forging New Paths' for adults with serious mental illness who have had contact with the criminal justice system. The program aims to reduce aggressive behavior and help people stay in their communities by targeting specific risk factors like impulsivity and criminal attitudes. Researchers are comparing the new program plus usual care to usual care alone in 72 participants to see if it improves outcomes.
