First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a method called Dialogue Based Early Detection (DBED) to prevent mental health problems in kindergarten children. About 200 children will take part, with some kindergartens using DBED and others using regular parent-teacher meetings. Researchers will track children's mental health for up to 5 years to see if DBED helps identify concerns earlier and leads to better outcomes.
