Summary
This study tests a guided mental health chatbot called STARS, designed to help young people aged 18-25 in Lithuania who are feeling anxious or depressed. About 262 participants will use the chatbot and researchers will measure changes in their symptoms. The goal is to see if this digital tool can provide accessible support for common mental health challenges.
