Summary

This study tests a mental health chatbot called STARS, designed to help young people in Lithuania manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. About 262 participants aged 18-25 with moderate distress will use the chatbot and report changes in their mood. The goal is to see if a simple, guided chatbot can offer accessible support for common mental health struggles.
